Our personnel play a key role in the Program Portfolio Management for several PMOs. Our efforts lead to return on investments through our diligent Contractor Performance Management Methodology. Accomplishments in this area include but are not limited to:
Conducting manpower analysis to integrate two directorates, providing cost savings and allowing for the increase of organizational portfolio projects and adjustment of workforce commensurate with new mission goals.
Providing entrusted contractor performance management with analysis and identification of potential mission weaknesses through the production of White Papers, participation in steering committees, and briefings to Senior Leadership.
